How long does delivery take?
Because our beds are handcrafted to order, our standard lead time is 4 to 6 weeks. Once your bed is ready, our white-glove delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient installation window.
Are the beds easy to assemble?
Our beds are designed for straightforward assembly with heavy-duty hidden bolts. We provide detailed instructions and all necessary tools. Alternatively, we offer a professional assembly service at checkout for a small fee.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition. Please note that custom-sized frames are non-refundable.
Can I use my existing mattress with your frames?
Our frames are built to standard UK and US mattress dimensions. As long as your mattress matches the size ordered (e.g., King, Queen, Double), it will fit perfectly on our heavy-duty slatted base system.
